Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance, but I can provide a Superbill upon request for reimbursement purposes. A Superbill is a receipt of the sessions you’ve completed along with other relevant Protected Health Information (PHI) needed to file an insurance claim. You must check with your insurance provider to see if they cover Out of Network (OON) therapists to ensure you’ll get reimbursed

How does sliding scale work?

If there is capacity to provide sliding scale services, then a client will apply for sliding scale services to recieve therapy at a fraction of the price listed. The process of requesting sliding scale services is based on an honor system, which means I will not ask for proof of income. I will revisit sliding scale fees with clients every 3-months to make space for clients who are seeking financial support

Can I be put on a waitlist?

Yes! If I am at capacity with the number of clients I am working with, I can place you on a waitlist for services, both sliding scale and full price.

If you are interested in this option I ask that you complete the Free 20 minute consultation to determine if we are a good fit prior to being put on a waitlist.

Do you offer in person services?

I only provide remote services through a secure and HIPAA compliant platform at this time. I look forward to doing in-person sessions in the future and plan to start in the South King County area when I’m able to make that transition. I will update my website when that option becomes available.
